Food is life and all food is good with disciplined balance. The correct foods will heal, restore, and optimize bodily functions to help you feel and look your best so that you can live your best life.
The goal is to help you learn the nutrients that contribute to the body's health. Knowledge inspires us. Doing is what changes us. Developing healthy habits that will carry you into the future is the coming together of the knowing and doing. This is best accomplished one behavior at a time. Unhealthy food behaviors can gradually be replaced with healthier behaviors. Following each session, we pick 1-2 actions which will help develop a new healthy habit, and we build from there. When you feel good you do good. My goal is to help you feel good one step at a time. When we focus our desires on inviting and creating health, unhealth suddenly finds itself uninvited, with no choice but to leave.
When you educate yourself with the facts, you will realize that all you need to buy is the right foods at the grocery store and not the latest diet fad.
